Why We Need 3D Drawing When CNC Prototype Manufacturing?
Leecheer Prototype Company have engaged in prototype manufacturing
for more than 10 years. In general, many customers would provide
corresponding 3D drawing. However, we would also meet some customers
who do not understand the prototypes. They usually don’t want to give us
3D drawing. They would ask that why we need 3D drawing. Now Leecheer
eaplain to you that why we need 3D drawing when CNC prototype
manufacturing.
At present,the main methods of prototype manufacturing are CNC
manufacturing, 3D printing, vacuum casting. Although they are different
in operating principle. They must have 3D drawing.
The fundamental principle of CNC manufacturing is manufacturing
route of digital controlled lathe which is the turning tool moving from
cutter-setting calculation and return original point and ending all route
of workpiece programme. The route includes manching route, cut-in
tool route, cut -off route. And the setting these routes is defined by
3D drawing.
