The overall process of the rapid prototyping

 1.The preliminary treatment including :
 3D model construction of the workpiece.
 The approximate treatment of the 3D model
 The choice of the model forming direction
 The section treatment of the 3D model
2.Layered superposition forming:it is the core of the rapid prototyping,including the 
production of the model section profile and the composite of the cross section profile .
3.After treatment:it including the stripping of the workpiece,post curing,mending,polish,
burnish and surface peening treatment.
