How to improve the specular effect of the prototype model surface?

Today, many prototype model manufacture master are gradually improving the prototype 
manufacturing requirements , go down for a long time, will lead the rapid prototyping 
manufacturing enterprises face more big challenge.
For example, in our daily work,will meet some prototype model, customer hope to be able
 to reach the specular surface effect, that put forward high requirements to the follow-up 
action processing, only those who are very experienced processing master can complete 
the task on time as requests.In today's rapid prototyping industry, in order to effectively improve
 the quality of prototype model, will use at least three different kinds sand papers to burnish 
on the product surface.Because the more polished , the higher brightness , but the workload
 is very big.
Generally also need to make spray paint processing to the prototype model , usually about 3 
to 4 times, then put them in dust-free workshop for UV treatment.The surface of the product 
will reach good specular effect after by the means of these treatments.So for the prototype
 model,need to check if there is flaw on the surface before spray paint processing , also 
the grinding master need to be very patient.
