Toys and automatic plastic prototype mold manufacturing

Toys plastic prototype manufacturing is a kind of difficult prototype mold in rapid prototyping 
molding industry.Because many customer require the toys plastic prototype with ceratin 
operation performance,with the characteristics which can realize function activity among every
parts.
This put high requirements and challenge to the prototype skilled workers.Surely sometimes
no need to completely according customers’design idea to assemble,if the skilled workers 
can provide good suggestion to complete the rotate or move function of certain part,customer
can accept that.Because the skilled workers with rich experience and strong hands-on skills.
The requirements to the automatic prototype manufacturing is more higher.
Now many prototype factories are making the toys prototype,prototype.Most are in Guangdong
Province.
But very few professional in making toys and dolls prototype.Besides the reason of skilled 
workers’hand ability and experience,another important reason is that the material is PA66,
the strength of this material is very high,since the toys mold itself need to reach high 
resistance performance to pressure when testing.
While in processing,the material of PA66 cannot be separated,must to be processed by 
whole,it brings big difficulty to the CNC processing,so some prototype factories don’t willing
to produce the toys prototype.
