In the processing and assembly of prototype factory, some accuracy problem involves a lot of
parts' mutual relationship, it is very complex.If simply to improve accuracy of parts to meet the
design requirements, sometimes is not only difficult, even can not reach the requirements.
If adopt the "local processing"method,it is possible to quickly solve looks very difficult accuracy
problem.If in the turret lathe manufacturing, the six installation tool hole on the turret, its axis
must guarantee coincidence with the machine tool spindle rotating centerline , and six plane
must vertical with rotating centerline.If regard the turret as separate parts, assembly after
work out these surface , to achieve the above two assembly accuracy is quite difficult because
it contains a lot of complicated size chain relationship.Before assembly, these important
surface not to finish, and turret assembly to machine again later,then to make finishing
for the hole and plane on their own machine.
Prototype factory will encounter this kind of situation in production, the process of machining
accuracy is stable, process capability, but the processing semi-finished accuracy of the blank
or on process is too low, will cause positioning error or rerun error is too big, so can't guarantee
machining accuracy.It is not economical if improve blank accuracy or the process of machining
accuracy.At this moment,we can adopt Split the original error method.Divided the blank (or in the
process of the workpiece) according to the size error size into n groups and each group of blank
error shrinks by 1 / n, and then press group average size adjusted respectively tool and the
relative position of the workpiece, or adjust positioning element, can greatly reduce batch
size of workpiece dispersion scope.
