CNC prototype manufacturing should be real-time monitored according to the characteristic 
of product. During CNC prototype manufacturing,several notice should be paid attention. 
 
First, the product with high flexible can be manufactured with materials PA or PP. 
But these two products can’t bond and also need wholistic processing.
 
Second, conventional prototype can be manufactured with materials ABS, 
which are comparatively easy to process. The subsequent processing of
prototype will be more convenient. 
 
Third, transparent prototype can be manufactured with materials PMMA, 
transparent ABS and transparent PC. In general, if it can achieve the desired affect 
after polishing. They are similar with the real product with high transparency.
