The most advanced surface treatment method PVD

Surface treatment PVD means Physical Vapor Deposition, is a variety of vacuum deposition  
methods used to deposit thin films by the condensation of a vaporized form of the desired 
film material onto various workpiece surfaces.
PVD technology is mainly divided into three categories: Vacuum evaporation coating, vacuum
 sputtering and vacuum ion plating. However, at this stage, PVD coating is not a substitute for 
chemical plating, and it can only make PVD coating directly on stainless material surface,if other
 material on the workpiece, need to make chemical plating chromium.
The same point of the PVD coating and the traditional chemical plating is they are all belong to 
surface treatment ,all through a certain way to make one material covering to the surface of 
another material .The different point is the bonding force of the PVD coating film layer and the 
surface of the workpiece are more greater, the hardness of the film is higher, the abrasion 
resistance and corrosion resistance is better, and the film performance is more stable; 
wider variety of the PVD coating ,the film can be plated more prettier; would not produce
 toxic or polluting substances.
