Assemble accuracy control solution
The assembly accuracy of the prototype is one of the factors reflect prototype quality .Here to talk about
the accuracy control, mainly refers to the accuracy control of the CNC prototype .Because the accuracy of the
SLA and SLS prototype are decided by the accuracy of the machine itself.
As the cutter of the CNC machine is round, it decides the angle of the two sides crossing which are
processed is R angle, this may affect assemble. On the other hand, after the product processed to shape by
CNC, we need to make postprocessing such as burnish and polish. Besides, human factor will also affect the
accuracy of the prototype, and then influencing assembly precision. So ,we must use illustrated file to explain
the need of the key control size, to achieve the control of the assembly precision.
