Rotor Prototype
Many household appliances would use the rotor , such as air cleaners, heaters, air conditioning
fan , etc. Whereas, balance is an important technical issue should be take into account during
producing process of the rotor. If adopt
CNC prototype process method to make prototype,
it is likely to result in uneven weight of the leaves in the rotor, and concentricity inconsistent of
the shaft hole, make the rotor shock when rotation. And the whole parts of the rotor cannot be
processed out, and cannot reach the accuracy, it is hard to meet the balance requirement of
the rotor.
So ,the best solution is to adopt
SLA rapid prototyping to make the rotor . It can produce
the rotor overall at one time, high precision, and fully able to meet the balancing requirement.
